- How Do I Download My Order
If you purchased a video or script for download, you should have received a link after checkout to download your items. If you missed the link, we also email you your link to download your files. Be patient, the email make not arrive immediately after your purchase, but it will soon.
- How do I get to the Study Guides that come with You Teach DVD’s.
The Study Guides on the You Teach DVDs can be access by inserting your DVD into a computer that has a DVD-ROM drive. When you browse the folder for the DVD on your computer, look for a folder called "PDFs" which will have all the Study Guide resources. If you have trouble accessing this, please feel free to contact us.
- Do your DVD’s come with Spanish subtitles?
At this time all of our DVDs are only offered in English.
- Will I get a discount if I purchase a certain amount of scripts?
We do have discounts when you order 5 or more scripts! Just add 5 or more scripts to your cart to see the discount. Add 10 or more and receive an even greater discount!
- Are there every any sales?
It is very rare that we offer sales on our items. Occasionally we do, and if so, we will announce it in our email newsletter.
- I ordered a script, but never received it in the mail?
All of our individual scripts on the site are for download only and will not be mailed to you. You should have received a link and an email to download your files. If you do not have this, please contact us at support@skitguys.com with your name and information about your order.
- Do The Skit Guys teach workshops?
Tommy and Eddie would mow your lawn. They are available to teach workshops, but it's a lot cheaper to buy the resources they've written like Skit Training 101 or Instant Skits. It's like buying The Skit Guys and putting them on your shelf (and you don't have to clean up after them)!
- How much does it cost to have The Skit Guys come to my church?
ONE MILLION DOLLARS!!!!!!! Okay, we're just joking. If you really are serious about Tommy and Eddie coming to your church and would like more information on booking The Skit Guys (or how much they cost), contact us. Oh yeah, and if you really do want to bring us in for one million dollars, we just checked and our calendar is open for the date you wanted!
- What if I need to change some wording or adjust characters in a script?
What do you think Shakespeare would say to you wanting to add/take away stuff in his script? What would Mrs. Brady say if you wanted to add/take away one of those adorable kids? We're not sure what they would say, but we say, "Have at it!" Our scripts are for you to use however you need.
- What if I can’t find what I’m looking for?
Well, you could write a song about it. U2 got rich and famous that way! However, if you are looking for a specific script, enter the name of the script in the search field. If you don't know the name of the script, enter the theme of the script (i.e. for Beenie Weenies search evangelism).
To find a script or video on a specific theme, enter the theme into the search field. If you can't find a script that fits, try another word that is similar (i.e. can't find endurance, search for perseverance).
Other ways to search are by scripture verse and genre (i.e. comedy, drama).
We are constantly trying to improve ways to help you find the script you need. If you're still having trouble, then please contact us and we'll help you as best we can.
- What format are your vidoes in?
Most of our videos are in .mov (Quicktime) and .wmv (Windows Media) format which can both be played through presentation software like MediaShout or Easy Worship. Some of our older videos have MPEG-1 options. On most of our videos, we try to give you both options after you have purchased a video. Many of our newer videos also have an HD option, which is suitable for high definition projectors.
