Easter Sunday is the cornerstone of our faith—the day we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus and the victory over sin and death. It’s more than just a holiday; it’s a reminder of the greatest act of love the world has ever known. As we approach this sacred day, it’s important to pause and prepare our hearts, allowing the weight and wonder of the cross to settle deep within us. Jesus didn’t just die *for* us—He rose *for* us, offering hope, new life, and a restored relationship with God. In the busyness of life, let’s not rush past the beauty of this truth. Spend time in prayer, in Scripture, and in stillness, inviting God to renew your perspective and deepen your gratitude. Easter changes everything—and when we prepare our hearts, we can celebrate it with the joy and reverence it truly deserves.
Ask:
Am I taking the time this Easter season to stop, reflect, & truly appreciate the sacrifice that Christ made for me on the cross?
Pray:
Dear Lord,
I don't want to let this time to pass by me without stopping to truly thank you for your sacrifice. Because of you, everything has changed for the better. Thank you for the victory in Christ we get to celebrate! Help what you did on the cross become more real to me. Amen
