We heard once that we should “dream so big, only God could make it happen.” Well, we did. Way back when we were teenagers, we dreamed of being able to make people laugh while pointing to Jesus. We had no idea what that might look like, but God knew. He has taken our dream and helped build The Skit Guys into a ministry that now reaches all around the world.

What started out as two friends doing live skits on stage at churches and youth events grew to include a website that sells videos and scripts for churches to use to bless and encourage their congregations, and now includes a family-friendly feature film (to be released in 2021) and Bedtime Bible Stories, a live show we do on Facebook and YouTube for families and kids of all ages.

“The Skit Guys” was originally just two best friends from high school, and now includes a team of around 15 people who help with everything from writing, directing, and editing videos, to building our website and shipping out products, and people who talk to our customers, fans, and event hosts.

But our dream is even bigger than all that. We want to be able to:

1. Create compelling, inspiring content for churches to use as part of their weekly services, and we want to make those as affordable as possible...even free!
2. Develop more content for families, including Bedtime Bible Stories, devotionals, and more...and we want it to be available for free!
3. Grow a production company that develops feature-length films that appeal to families and people of all ages, bringing laughter and opening the door to God’s Truth.

See what we mean? These dreams are so big only God can make them come true. We’d love for you to be part of our dream. Here’s what you can do to be God’s hands and feet and help turn this dream into a reality:

1. Keep doing what you're doing. Join us online for Bedtime Bible Stories. Watch all the free videos on sgTV and share them with everyone you can. The more people we reach, the more families we help.
   
2. Pray! This is the most powerful thing you can do for us. If God is the giver of dreams, He should also be the driver of dreams. Pray for us to be obedient in what He has called us to do. Pray that God will bless us with creative ideas. Pray for our families, that we will always take care of them before we try to help other families. Ask God to continue to bring the right people to join us as we continue following this dream He has given us.
   
3. Help us meet our financial needs. Between costs to employ our team and produce content and all the expenses that come along with running the business side of this ministry, we need a financial engine. In the past, this has been website product sales and live shows, but as we move to offer more content for cheaper or free, we need support financially to make that happen. And as we expand our ministry to include more content for families, more expenses and potentially more staff members will need to be added to the budget.
