Christian Scripts and Church Dramas
The Skit Guys have been busy writing and collecting scripts for over 10 years. We have a wide range of church dramas and skits that can be performed for almost any occasion. Our Christian scripts are biblically based and can be used not only in churches, but most school drama competitions as well.
All of our scripts are downloadable, which means we do not actually ship anything. As soon as you find your script and checkout, you can download immediately and start practicing your skit or play.
ONE ACT PLAY FOR EASTER A one act of the trial of Jesus in a modern courtroom. Jesus was either a magician, a devil, or the Messiah. What will you decide? Script has a courtroom feel and a fast pace. Witnesses testify against Jesus on different accounts of scripture. Great to get students involved or adults as the jury. Great way to show scripture through acting and most not even realize they’ve been taught the Word!

How many times do we justify our bad habits and behaviors simply because we believe it’s not hurting anyone else? Here is a tough look at our excuses for not completely surrendering ourselves before the Lord.
Do you ever feel that God is nowhere near and can’t understand your pain? Over 2000 years ago, Jesus, God’s Son, came into the world, not as royalty but as a baby born in a stable full of muck and animals. This script reminds us of the sacrifice that Jesus made by humbling himself to become one of us. It was a dirty job and he didn’t have to do it…but the world is changed because he did.
This skit is about two strangers who meet at an airport just before Thanksgiving. The meeting happens outside the TSA security as opposed on the other side of TSA where one has been checked through. It seems like one has it all while the other has nothing, but in the end we see that their roles may be reversed.
We can report the Good News to others, but unless we live it out, it doesn’t mean much. Two newscasters try to report the news, but have to act out the stories they are reporting because they have no video footage.
We spend our lives trying to figure out what God’s will is and what is the purpose in our lives, when all along God just wants us to be still and listen to Him.
God’s grace is a free gift that we can’t seem to grasp on a daily basis. We know we don’t deserve the blessings God gives us, yet he delights in continuing to bless us despite our shortcomings and willful disobedience.
We’ve all got it and it’s really hard to let it go. When it feels like you're dealt one blow after another and become weighed down with too much baggage, can you let go and let God take control?
A radio talk/advice show where we see the difference between hearing and listening.
We all hold on to things that keep us from fully following God. Jesus told the story of a young ruler who wanted to know how to get into Heaven. When Jesus told him, the young man was very sad. This is a modern day look at what could have happened after the rich young ruler’s encounter with Christ.
Telling others about Jesus is one of those non-negotiable things in the Christian faith. Some of us have our tried and true ways of sharing our faith and others of us just try and wing it. Maybe you don’t have any method at all. Here are just a few of the bad ways we witness.
