Christian Scripts and Church Dramas
The Skit Guys have been busy writing and collecting scripts for over 10 years. We have a wide range of church dramas and skits that can be performed for almost any occasion. Our Christian scripts are biblically based and can be used not only in churches, but most school drama competitions as well.
All of our scripts are downloadable, which means we do not actually ship anything. As soon as you find your script and checkout, you can download immediately and start practicing your skit or play.

A man, speaking directly to the audience, tells how Jesus delivered him from Demons. This is a retelling of the story from the Gospels.
A teenage girl returns from a youth retreat to find her drunken father asleep in his easy chair. She must decide what to do with him, and choose rather to love him or not.
We’ve all made excuses about why we can’t share our faith with others. But here are some very simple examples of how easy it is to be the light of the world.
A husband comes home to discover his wife, who has had an affair, about to leave. He challenges her to stay, to receive his forgiveness and love.
A humorous look at how judging others only avoids the “real story.”
We walk by them everyday. They sit alone in church everySunday. We chat with them on break time at work. Everywhere, everyday people are hurting and crying out for someone to listen.
Did you know that what you wear is a way to honor God and others? In this skit, we get to take a play-by-play look at Amy, a young teenager, as she struggles to make the ritualistic decision, “What should I wear today?”
In the scenarios that follow, notice how life often determines our joy or lack of joy, instead of joy determining how life will play out for that day. What happens when we get older and look back on our lives?
Do you and your friends make it easy for people to feel loved by you and by God, or do you make it feel difficult? Because when you lose a teen from your group, you’re not just losing a person – you could be losing a soul.
Kim and Kate have lost their “third” so now it’s time to fill the spot. They find new girl, Jackie, who doesn’t quite fit the mold, but they are thrilled to have a new “project”.
Mr. Johnson, a retired English teacher, walks into the office of Paul Clark, a newspaper editorialist. Mr. Johnson taught Paul twenty five years earlier, and flunked him because he wrote compositions about Jesus. Now, Mr. Johnson comes to Paul, seeking his advice on life. This script is best used in conjunction with “<a href="http://skitguys.com/scripts/flunking-english">Flunking English</a>."
Jane Dillman runs into Death sitting on a commuter train. Death has an over inflated view of himself and does his bumbling best to scare Jane. Jane, who knows the One who has defeated death, is not taking the bait.
Sometimes Christians are the worst at being…well…Christians. This sketch is a powerful reader’s theatre about how we can delude ourselves into believing that our addictions aren’t hurting anyone.
A husband and a wife, both speak directly to the audience, as to one person. They are both telling their side of the same story. This should have a fast-paced “Reader’s Theatre” (yet memorized) feel to it.
Silly examples of prayer that reflect and all too real image of our own prayer lives.
