The Skit Guys have been busy writing and collecting scripts for over 10 years. We have a wide range of church dramas and skits that can be performed for almost any occasion. Our Christian scripts are biblically based and can be used not only in churches, but most school drama competitions as well.

While on a Christmas shopping trip with his family, a father encounters a strange, but unlikely, homeless woman who reminds him of the importance of worshipping Christ during the holidays.

Actors: 5 Minutes: 10

This simple skit features Elizabeth and Zechariah, who has been unable to speak since the angel told him about the miraculous conception of their son, John the Baptist. Works well as part of an Advent service focused on hope.

This Advent skit focuses on Mary and Joseph, as they share the story of Jesus' miraculous conception. This can stand alone or be used after “Communication Failure” in the Advent weeks preceding Christmas.

In this fun, modern twist on a classic story, Ella hates her life and the way her stepsisters boss her around. A visit from her fairly good godmother gives her just what she needs to make things better.

In this puppet play for kids, Willie, Joey, and Betsy talk excitedly about what they're doing for their dads on Father's Day. Betsy reminds the boys what the Bible says about fathers and offers encouragement that the Heavenly Father is also there for them.

In this Readers Theater script, three readers consider the shifting sands of their lives, the wholly temporary castles they’re so busy building, and the beckoning of a frightening, unfathomable, deep power somewhere out there.

As a TSA agent searches their luggage, he finds a husband and wife's real-life baggage: unresolved conflict, half-truths, assumptions, and more. This skit is a perfect intro for a marriage message or retreat.

An inexperienced marathon runner receives advice from a more experienced runner on running the race set before them. He finds that the secret is running with endurance and keeping your eyes on the finish line.

Boxbob’s bad day damages his heart, but Boxsue has just what he needs to fix it. This skit reminds kids of God's love and their identity as His child.

Boxbob learns in Sunday school that he is wonderfully made by God. But Boxsue has to help him understand that being wonderfully isn’t the same as being wonderful. She explains that to be wonderful, he actually has to do wonderful things.

Fear sets in for a teenager on the brink of graduation. As she (or he) voices worries to mom about being an adult, she’s/he’s reminded that the love and support from her/his parents will continue on, no matter how old she/he gets.

When Tia interviews to become a mom, she's so overwhelmed by the demands put on mothers that she almost turns away. Then she realizes that all a mother truly needs is a humble willingness to allow God to parent through her.
